1- Replacement of existing hallway carpeting with commercial-grade carpet tiles

2- Installation of new baseboards and shoe moulding throughout all corridors

3- Upgrade of lighting fixtures to energy-efficient LED sconces and ceiling lights

4- Repair and repainting of unit entry doors opening onto the hallways

5- Minor drywall patching and touch-ups as needed

6- Paint entire hallways ceiling and the wall with-Low-VOC paints
