Nordeca Inc. was engaged to provide comprehensive architectural and interior design services for the complete renovation and transformation of a private residence in Burlington, Ontario. The project was delivered from concept to completion, encompassing design development, custom fabrication, installation, and full project management, including general contracting services.

Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work Included:

Interior Architectural Design:
Complete architectural interior drawings and spatial layouts were developed in full compliance with the Ontario Building Code and high-end residential design standards. The redesign placed a strong emphasis on the main floor and transitional spaces between levels, enhancing spatial flow, livability, and functionality.

Custom Fabrication & Installation:
All custom furniture and millwork—including cabinetry, wardrobes, shelving, and integrated storage units—were designed, crafted, and installed by Nordeca’s in-house workshop and dedicated team, ensuring quality control and a seamless fit within the overall design.

Decorative Accessory & Finish Selection:
Nordeca curated all decorative elements, finishes, and fixtures to ensure aesthetic coherence and elevated ambiance throughout the home.

Project Management & General Contracting:
Acting as General Contractor, Nordeca oversaw all aspects of site coordination, trade management, supplier relations, and scheduling to deliver the project on time and with the highest standards of craftsmanship.
