Scope of Work Provided by Sarp Ozgen:

Sarp Ozgen played a key role in the successful rollout of Calzedonia retail stores across various major European cities by supporting the site application and installation of the brand’s retail concept. While the custom furniture and interior components were produced in Italy, Sarp Ozgen was responsible for their on-site coordination, installation, and the overall implementation of the store environments in line with Calzedonia’s modern and dynamic brand identity.

Scope included:

• Coordination and execution of Calzedonia’s approved retail concept across multiple European locations
• Site assessments and layout optimization tailored to each store’s spatial context
• Supervision of delivery logistics and installation of Italy-manufactured furniture and interior elements
• On-site fit-out management and detailed coordination with local contractors
• End-to-end project supervision, from site readiness through to final handover
