Scope of Work Provided by Sarp Ozgen:

Sarp Ozgen was commissioned to develop the bespoke retail concept design for ES-ER Textile, a luxury home linen brand with a growing presence across Europe. The concept aimed to reflect the refined, elegant identity of ES-ER’s premium product line while enhancing the customer journey through thoughtful spatial and material solutions. Beyond design, Sarp Ozgen also led the production, site implementation, and full project coordination across multiple international locations.

Scope included:

• Creation of a brand-specific retail concept design tailored to ES-ER Textile’s luxury positioning and customer experience vision
• Adaptation and implementation of the concept across diverse store formats in key European markets
• Coordination and oversight of custom furniture and interior element production
• Spatial planning and layout optimization specific to each retail location
• Supervision of on-site installation and full interior fit-out execution
• End-to-end project management, including coordination with local contractors and regulatory teams
• Turnkey delivery of each store, from design development to final handover
