The scope of this project includes the design and construction of a new winter garden addition to the existing building located on Kenbarb Road, Mississauga. Nordeca Inc. is responsible for the overall construction management and execution of the project.

This project include coordination with relevant consultants and authorities to ensure compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations. This project encompasses a comprehensive range of construction services, including but not limited to:

• Excavation works
• Foundation concrete and general concrete applications
• Structural framing
• General finish carpentry
• Exterior masonry works
• Complete supply and installation of all exterior glazing
• Roofing systems and roof trusses, including supply and installation
• Preparation and submission of all shop drawings related to structural works
• Full project management and consultancy services
