Scope of Work Provided by Sarp Ozgen:

Sarp Ozgen was commissioned by SARAR, a leading Turkish fashion brand, to design and implement a bespoke retail concept for its flagship location in Berlin. The project encompassed the development of a high-end store design that aligns with SARAR’s brand identity while enhancing customer experience and spatial elegance.

Scope included:

• Retail Concept Design tailored to SARAR’s brand aesthetics and customer profile
• Existing Store Layout Assessment to optimize the spatial configuration
• Custom Concept Furniture Design & Fabrication
• On-Site Installation and Fit-Out Supervision across all interior elements
• Project Management and coordination with local construction teams for timely execution
• Turnkey Delivery of the concept store, from design intent to final handover
