Scope of Work Provided by Nordeca Inc.:

Nordeca Inc. was engaged to lead the comprehensive transformation of an existing hotel facility into a contemporary and high-functioning hospitality space. The project took place in Turkey and encompassed both design and construction services in accordance with the local Building Code and international hospitality design standards.

Key responsibilities and scope of work included:

Interior Architecture & Design Documentation:
Development of full interior architectural design and technical documentation, focused on optimizing guest experience, circulation, and operational efficiency. All work was executed in compliance with applicable local regulations and international best practices for hotel design.

Project Management:
Coordination and supervision of all project phases, including scheduling, budgeting, consultant collaboration, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

General Contracting (GC) Services:
Full execution of construction services, including site mobilization, procurement, and implementation of all interior fit-outs and finishes to bring the design vision to life.

Custom-built Mill-work production:
As part of this project, Nordeca Inc. is also responsible for the detailed design, production and installation of all custom-built furniture elements, ensuring seamless integration of functionality and aesthetics.
