Nordeca Inc. was commissioned to design and deliver a fully customized youth bedroom within a private residence in Oakville, Ontario. The project was executed as a turnkey interior fit-out, encompassing space planning, interior design, bespoke furniture production, and full on-site installation — all tailored to support the daily routines and aspirations of a growing adolescent.

Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work

• Interior Design & Space Planning
  Thoughtfully developed layouts and mood concepts to balance vibrant energy with calming functionality, ensuring zones for rest, creativity, and study.
• Custom Furniture Design & Fabrication
  All furniture was designed and manufactured in-house by Nordeca Inc., including a multifunctional bed unit, integrated desk area, and modular storage solutions — each tailored to the dimensions and lifestyle of the room’s occupant.
• Turnkey Fit-Out Implementation
  Nordeca managed the full implementation of the project, from wall treatments and lighting selection to delivery and installation of all custom elements, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
• Project Management & On-Site Coordination
  All trades, suppliers, and installation steps were coordinated and supervised by Nordeca Inc., ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and design intent.
