Ortona Gate – Custom Kitchen Renovation, Oakville

As part of the Ortona Gate residential upgrade in Oakville, Nordeca Inc. was commissioned to design, fabricate, and install a fully customized kitchen tailored to both modern aesthetics and specific appliance integration requirements. Delivered as a comprehensive design-build package, the project encompassed everything from demolition and spatial reconfiguration to custom cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, and electrical work.

Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work

• Interior Design & Spatial Planning
  Nordeca redesigned the kitchen layout to improve flow and accommodate the client’s preferred appliances. Every element was tailored for functional precision and spatial harmony.

• Custom Kitchen Cabinetry Fabrication
  In-house fabricated cabinetry using premium polished wood veneer and clean-lined modern detailing. Designed for both durability and visual sophistication.

• Complete Kitchen Installation
  The project included demolition of existing elements, installation of new cabinetry and stone countertops, and full plumbing and electrical upgrades. New flooring was installed to complement the updated design.

• Special Finish Materials
  Striking black glass surfaces and rich wood veneer cabinetry were used to create a high-contrast, contemporary interior that feels both bold and refined.

• Material Selection & Finish Coordination
  Nordeca provided expert guidance in the selection of surface finishes, hardware, and fixtures to ensure a cohesive and upscale result.
