Nordeca Inc. was commissioned to undertake the full renovation of a compact powder room in a private residence in Oakville, Ontario. The project was delivered as a comprehensive design-build solution, including custom material fabrication, installation, and refined interior detailing tailored specifically to the spatial limitations of the room.

Interior Design & Spatial Planning

• Development of a site-specific design concept aimed at enhancing both visual and functional spaciousness
• All design elements were carefully selected to maximize impact within the small footprint, while maintaining a luxurious, contemporary aesthetic

Custom Vanity Fabrication

• Design and in-house fabrication of a sculptural vanity crafted from stainless steel and topped with solid black marble
• The steel structure was inlaid with individually selected colored crystals, serving as a bold artistic statement and central feature of the room

Full Wall Mirror Cladding

• Application of full-height mirror panels across all vertical surfaces to reflect light and create an illusion of expanded space
• This strategic design decision visually enlarged the room while amplifying its brightness and elegance

Finishes & Fixture Selection

• Selection of premium finishes, sanitary fixtures, and decorative accessories that harmonized raw materials like metal and stone with refined detailing

Project Management & General Contracting

• Nordeca Inc. oversaw the full coordination of trades, procurement, site logistics, and installation processes to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in a constrained workspace
