Nordeca Inc. was commissioned to lead the full redesign and renovation of a primary bathroom in a private residence located in Oakville, Ontario. The project was delivered as a turnkey solution — from concept design through to final installation — and included architectural detailing, in-house custom millwork, mechanical upgrades, and full project coordination.
Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work Included
Interior Design & Spatial Planning
- Development of a tailored bathroom layout, designed to optimize both functionality and aesthetics
- Design concept aligned with contemporary residential design standards and client preferences
Custom Vanity Fabrication
- In-house production and installation of a bespoke bathroom vanity unit
- Integrated drawer and cabinet storage, premium hardware finishes, and a durable solid-surface countertop
Full Plumbing & Electrical Upgrades
- Complete overhaul of plumbing and electrical infrastructure
- System upgrades executed to comply with Ontario Building Code and to accommodate new fixture placements and lighting
New Stand-Up Shower Construction
- Demolition of existing tub and build-out of a modern walk-in shower
- Installation of custom frameless glass, waterproofing system, upscale tiling, and high-end fixtures
Material & Fixture Selection
- Collaborative selection of all finishes and sanitary fittings, ensuring a consistent, high-quality design language
Project Management & General Contracting
- End-to-end oversight by Nordeca Inc., covering contractor coordination, supplier logistics, and on-site supervision
- Streamlined execution with a single point of accountability
