Scope of Work Provided by Nordeca Inc.:

Nordeca Inc. was engaged to provide comprehensive architectural and interior design services for the complete renovation and transformation of a private residence in Richmond Hill. The project was executed from concept to completion, including design development, fabrication, and installation, as well as full project management and general contracting services.

Key responsibilities and scope of work included:

Interior Architectural Design:
Development of complete architectural interior drawings and spatial layouts, in accordance with Ontario Building Code and high-end residential design standards.

Custom Fabrication & Installation:
Production and installation of full house custom furniture and millwork, including cabinetry, wardrobes, shelving units, and integrated storage systems.

Feature Staircase Design with Marble Cladding:
Design, fabrication, and installation of a feature staircase with custom marble cladding and ornamental wrought iron handrails, blending elegance with durability.

Turkish Bath & Jacuzzi Design and Construction:
Design and construction of a traditional Turkish bath (hammam) in the basement and the addition of a private jacuzzi area in the master bathroom — including waterproofing, tiling, custom fixtures, and steam system integration.

Decorative Accessory & Finish Selection:
Curation of decorative elements, fixtures, and finishes to enhance the overall atmosphere and design continuity across all living spaces.

Project Management & General Contracting:
Nordeca Inc. acted as the General Contractor, managing all trades, site coordination, supplier relations, and construction schedules to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
