Scope of Work Provided by Nordeca Inc.:

Nordeca Inc. was retained to deliver full-scope interior architectural services for the complete redesign and transformation of a private residence located in Toronto. The project included the design, fabrication, and implementation of custom architectural and interior elements, carried through from concept to completion with full project management and general contracting services.

Key responsibilities and scope of work included:

Interior Architectural Design:
Preparation of comprehensive architectural interior drawings, spatial planning, and material selection in alignment with the Ontario Building Code and modern residential design standards.

Custom Fabrication & Installation:
Production and installation of full house custom millwork and furnishings, including wall units, wardrobes, cabinetry, and integrated storage solutions.

Feature Staircase Design:
Design and fabrication of a custom interior staircase that serves as a sculptural centerpiece, balancing structural performance with aesthetic refinement.

Decorative Accessory Selection:
Curated selection and placement of decorative accessories and finishes to support the overall design concept, elevating the final ambiance of each space.

Project Management & General Contracting:
Full oversight and coordination of construction, trades, suppliers, and consultants. Nordeca Inc. acted as the General Contractor, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards were met throughout the entire project lifecycle.
