Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work

Interior Detailing & Design Development

• Custom design solutions were developed to align with the attic’s spatial constraints and character. The concept prioritized warmth, elegance, and integration with the existing architecture.

Custom Fireplace Surround Fabrication

• A one-of-a-kind fireplace surround was produced in-house by Nordeca Inc., serving as both a functional heating element and a visually striking centerpiece within the office environment.

Polished Wood Veneer Wall Paneling Installation

• The fireplace feature was framed with precisely crafted wall panels in polished wood veneer, adding warmth, depth, and textural richness to the attic space. Installation was executed with meticulous craftsmanship and attention to alignment.
