Nordeca Inc. was commissioned to redesign and renovate the primary bathroom of a private residence in Oakville, Ontario. Delivered as a turnkey project, the scope included architectural detailing, custom millwork, full plumbing and electrical upgrades, and overall project management — from design development through to final installation.

Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work Included:
Interior Design & Spatial Planning

• Development of a tailored design concept that enhanced both functionality and visual appeal
• Spatial optimization in line with modern residential standards and client preferences

Custom Vanity Fabrication & Integrated Wall Storage

• Design, fabrication, and installation of a custom compact-wood vanity unit
• Matching half-wall cladding behind the vanity for visual continuity
• Design and construction of a recessed mirror cabinet wall system with hidden storage to maintain a clean, minimalist aesthetic

Full Plumbing & Electrical Upgrades

• Complete reconfiguration of plumbing and electrical infrastructure
• All work executed in accordance with Ontario Code standards to support new fixture layouts and lighting systems

New Stand-Up Shower Construction

• Demolition of existing tub zone and buildout of a new walk-in shower
• Custom glass enclosure, waterproofing, tile installation, and contemporary fixture integration

Material & Fixture Selection

• Support in selecting all finishes and fixtures, focusing on harmony, quality, and durability

Project Management & General Contracting

• Full oversight of all trades, suppliers, and on-site work
• Timely and seamless execution coordinated by Nordeca’s in-house team
