Nordeca Inc. was commissioned to lead the design and construction of a new meeting room within an existing commercial facility in Oakville, Ontario. The project encompassed full-scope interior design, custom millwork fabrication, and A/V integration—delivered in strict adherence to the Ontario Building Code (OBC).

• Interior Design & Planning
• Development of complete interior drawings tailored to functional and aesthetic requirements
• All planning executed in compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC)
• Code Compliance & Building Upgrades
• Design upgrades implemented to ensure compliance with fire safety, egress, barrier-free accessibility, and commercial occupancy standards as outlined by the OBC
• Project Management & General Contracting
• Nordeca Inc. served as both Project Manager and General Contractor, overseeing the entire project from concept development through to on-site execution
• Custom-Built Millwork Production
• Design, in-house fabrication, and professional installation of all meeting room furniture and finishes
• Custom elements integrated to accommodate A/V systems, cable management, and spatial acoustics
