Nordeca Inc. was commissioned to lead the design and execution of a modern meeting room within an existing commercial facility in Oakville, Ontario. The project encompassed comprehensive architectural planning, custom interior design, and the integration of advanced audio-visual systems to support online meetings and video conferencing. All work was developed in full compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and local zoning requirements.

• Architectural Design & Planning
• Development of detailed interior and architectural drawings, including mechanical and electrical layouts
• All plans prepared in compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and Town of Oakville zoning by-laws
• Approvals & Permitting
• Preparation and submission of full permit drawing packages (electrical & mechanical)
• Coordination with local municipal departments to secure all necessary approvals
• Code Compliance & Building Upgrades
• Implementation of upgrades to meet commercial fire safety, accessibility, and egress requirements under OBC
• Project Management & General Contracting
• Oversight of project timelines, consultant coordination, and municipal communication
• Nordeca served as both Project Manager and General Contractor, managing all stages from design to build
• Custom-Built Millwork Production
• In-house design, production, and installation of all meeting room furniture and wall claddings
• Fabrication of sound-integrated millwork for optimal acoustic performance and visual consistency
